It\u2019s a typical North German greeting that sometimes slips out even when I\u2019m in Cologne<\/a>. Actually, it seems that more and more people are using it these days. But \u201cMoin\u201d \u2013 just to make it clear \u2013 isn\u2019t a greeting reserved for the morning alone. It fits to any time of day. \u201cMoin Moin\u201d is simply another way to say “Hello”, or “Nice to see you” or “Welcome”. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
