The modern \u2013 and unusual – concept<\/strong> was created by chef and p\u00e2tissier, Ren\u00e9 Frank, and his business partner, Oliver Bischoff in 2016. \u00a0At the beginning of 2019, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star \u2013 just three years after its opening. The award was not only an exceptional honor but also marked a unique event in the hundred-year history of the Guide Michelin.
