The caf\u00e9 in the monastery in Calw-Hirsau serves breakfast like grandma used to make, but in an old 19th-century gymnasium. Vegan, gluten-free or classic, everything is freshly baked. Please note: unfortunately, it is booked up weeks in advance. And for good reason. Valrhona and Focaccia \u2013 Baiersbronn<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin Menke, formerly of Munich, is now an ice cream and delicatessen specialist in the northern Black Forest. His chocolate ice cream with Valrhona and farm milk is legendary. His delikaaat! delicatessen also sells focaccia, Seelen (a typical South German long white bread) and delicious cakes.
