In Germany, you don\u2019t just pull over and \u201cgo\u201d for free. Enter Sanifair\u2014Germany\u2019s nationwide paid restroom system at rest stops. Here\u2019s everything a road-tripping traveler needs to know before they find themselves dancing in line for a bathroom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pay-to-pee-how-sanifair-works\">Pay to Pee: How Sanifair Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanifair is the standard toilet system at most highway service stations (Autobahn-Rastst\u00e4tten) across Germany.
