Four-course meal at 1,000 meters above sea level<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A four-course meal with a view over the Black Forest <\/strong>to the Rhine valley<\/strong>? Sounds too good to be true – but it is! The renowned Relais&Ch\u00e2teaux Hotel<\/a> and its two-star restaurant Le Pavillon are enthroned at an altitude of 1,000 meters on the Dollenberg in Bad Peterstal-Griesbach<\/strong>. In summer, the team led by head chef Martin Herrmann makes the most of the restaurant’s altitude with the “Tischlein deck dich” (“Lay your table”) offer: it stages a panoramic four-course menu in the open air, accompanied by excellent wines. As a rule, you can enjoy this culinary flight of fancy from May to October, weather permitting, every Wednesday from 10 a.m. The cost is 85 euros per person, including wine accompaniment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
